How do I buy something on WTTW Outlet Inventory?
It's easy! Just follow these steps:

How can I check the status of my order?
To retrieve the status of your

Order Number and your Order Confirmation Code. This information was sent
to you when you received your Order Confirmation by email.
If you do not know your Confirmation Code, enter your Order Number and click the Send Code button. The confirmation code will be sent to the email address on file for the order.
What is your Return Policy
We're not happy unless you're happy. In the unlikely
event that you are not satisfied, or should the product arrive damaged, please
return it to us in the original packaging, including your packaging slip within
30 days of receipt of your shipment. A return label is included with each
shipment to facilitate returns.
Please note that if returning a CD, DVD, software, video, audio cassette, vinyl record or other media, it must be returned unopened. All other items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging and accessories.
